These rates are intentionally below our typical print-and-ship cost — we subsidize part of the freight so destination pricing stays simple. Multi-copy orders use the same flat rate for that destination. Books are printed near the reader where Ingram’s network allows.
United States, and usually domestic-style deliveries within a print region, typically don’t add an extra import bill at the door beyond what’s shown at checkout (local sales tax may still apply where we collect it).
For some international orders, your country’s customs or the carrier may charge import duty, VAT/GST, or handling fees that are not collected in our checkout. Those charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. We don’t currently collect duties at checkout.
Both editions are the same book: 6″ × 9″, 424 pages, black-and-white interior on crème paper.
The paperback is perfect-bound softcover, listed at $36.99 USD. The hardcover is digital cloth with a dust jacket, listed at $59.99 USD. Choose the format you prefer to own or gift. The hardcover usually takes a little longer to print than the paperback.

Because each copy is printed to order, we generally can’t accept returns for change of mind.
If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
